Recently Yahoo was changed all their servers and i founded the Unbootble Yahoo server which is cs130.msg.ac4.yahoo.com was dead and most of the booter programs not function any more but other server still function normally may be i think they change the server string only , Now Chatting turn to normal again , but i sure The booter maker will do something to play with yahoo
The best way is using third party chat client like Yazak , yahaven or Yahelite to make your chatting smooth from the room flooder or something like that

By the way, Booter programs can make your PC works very slow because they used lot of your computer ram and also some booter programs may have virus hidden in your download file so be careful and using booter programs wisely
